The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords October 6, 2017 SPR17/1423 Theresa A. Bryce Communications Supervisor Hudson Police Department 911 Municipal Drive Hudson, MA 01749 Dear Ms. Bryce: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nomesponse of the Hudson Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested records concerning Department vehicles and contracts. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office and. this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Dreslinski's request with a response sent on or around September 27, 2017. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
