City of Boston 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 615 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. G. L c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested three documents concerning a free speech rally. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, I learned that the City did not receive Mr. Dreslinski's initial request for records. Accordingly, the City will provide Mr. Dreslinski a response within ten business days. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature ofthe City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
