G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. McIsaac requested the voting record of an identified individual. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. McIsaac petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. McIsaacYsre quest with a response sent on October 10, 2017. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. McIsaac may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
