Specifically, Mr. Higgins requested copies of email correspondence from an identified individuaL Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Higgins petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town intends on providing I\1r. Higgins with a response to his appeaL Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provide Mr. Higgins with a response within ten business days.
