The Commonwealth J\1assach usetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor q( Records October 25, 2017 SPR17/1450 Mariya Treisman, Esq. Special Assistant Attorney General General Counsel's Office Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place Boston, JV1A 02108 Dear Attorney Treisman: I have received the petition of Brian Sweet appealing the nomesponse of the Attorney General's Office (AGO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, §lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Sweet requested copies of emails from two identified individuals from May 16, 2013 to the present that concern himself and "his associated legal matters.'' Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Sweet petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the ihten'ention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the AGO responded to Mr. Sweet request with a response via email sent on October 24, 2017. \Vhereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the AGO's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sweet may appeal the substantive nature of the AGO's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, '~ Rebecca S.
