G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Carito requested three (3) categories of records, but is only in receipt of one item that was issued in a response by the DOT on September 27, 2017. Seeking the remaining items in her request, Ms. Carito petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that the remaining records Ms. Carito requested will be issued without delay. The DOT is in its final steps of reviewing the documents and will respond to Ms. Carito in a timely manner. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the DOT's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that Ms. Carito receives a response to her remaining records requests.
