G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Saklad requested information regarding each appointee to the Cambridge Broadband Task Force (Task Force). The City responded by providing a fee estimate to Mr. Saklad. Mr. Saldad appealed the fee estimate. In addition, Mr. Saklad notified this office that after appealing, he narrowed his request to the City for records regarding one appointee of the Task Force. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 23, 2017, at no cost to Mr. Saklad.
