G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Anderson requested the Citizen's Guide to State Services (Guide). The Bookstore informed Mr. Anderson that the Guide is a publication available at no cost online at: https://www.sec.state.ma.us/cis/ciscig/guide.html or for purchase in hard copy at the Bookstore.
