Murray Supervisor ofR ecords October 17, 2017 SPR17/1474 Kelly Bergeron Shrewsbury Housing Authority 36 N Quinsigamond Ave# 1 Shrewsbury, MA 01545 Dear Ms. Bergeron: I have received the petition of Catherine Ferreira appealing the nonresponse of the Shrewsbury Housing Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Ferreira requested various records concerning the "Section-8 Homeownership Program." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Authority provided Ms. Ferreira a response dated October 13, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ferreira may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
