Butler appealing the nonresponse of the Mount Greyl ock Regional High School (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Mr. Butler requested records related to a certain matter. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the School had provided a response dated October 24, 2017. Since this appeal was opened based upon the School's nonresponse to a request for public records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
