Murray Supervisor ofR ecords October 16, 2017 SPR17/1476 Bodhisattva Skandha Dear Bodhisattva Skandha: I have received your petition appealing the response of the Massachusetts Partnership for Correction Healthcare (MPCH) to your request for public records. The requirements for an appeal are follows: · Such appeal shall be in -vvriting, and shaH indude a copy of the letter by which the request was made and, if available, a copy of the letter by which the custodian responded. The Supervisor shall accept an appeal only from a person who had made his or her record request in 'Writing. An oral request, while valid as a public record request pursuant to 950 C.M.R. 32.06(1)(a), may not be the basis of an appeal under 950 C.M.R. 32.08. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1)(g). In order for this office to proceed with your petition you must send a copy of the original request letters you sent to the MPCH.
