G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Morgan requested records related to minutes and programs of the Town. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town had provided timely responses to Mr. Morgan by email which also included instructions for him to access the requested records on the Town's website. Since this appeal was opened based upon Mr. Morgan's concern of the Town's "late" response to a request for public records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Morgan may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's responses within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
