G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Attorney Nokham requested "a printout and/or copy [of] the visitation log" for an individual while he was a pretrial detainee. The Office initially denied access to responsive records. Subsequent to the intervention of a Public Records Division staff member, this office was notified that the Office provided Attorney Nokham responsive records in a response dated October 27, 2017. I will consider this appeal closed in light of this production of records. Attorney Nokham may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
