Murray Supervisor ofR ecords October 19, 2017 SPR17/1491 Mr. Richard Alcorn Executive Director Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School 317 Russell Street Hadley, MA 01035 Dear Mr. Alcorn: I have received the petition of John Tully appealing the nonresponse of the Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School (PVCICS) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Tully requested a copy of a certain email. Having received no response, Mr. Tully petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 17, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the PVCICS's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Tully may appeal the substantive nature of the PVCICS's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
