Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Treisman: I have received the petition of Sean Driscoll appealing the nonresponse of the Attorney General's Office (AGO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, §lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Driscoll requested a "list of all nonprofit agencies currently registered as public charities within the state of Massachusetts." Having received no response, Mr. Driscoll petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 26, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the AGO's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Driscoll may appeal the substantive nature of the AGO's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
