Murray Supervisor of Records November 2, 2017 SPR17/1529 Ms. Christine Cass Duxbury Public Schools 93 Chandler Street Duxbury, MA 02332 Dear Ms. Cass: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Duxbury Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.MLR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested two (2) categories of records pertaining to a specifically identified case. Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 1, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School’s failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). lena Rebecca S.
