The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of& cords_ November 6, 2017 SPR17/1532 Roger H. Randall Tax Counsel Department of Revenue 100 Cambridge Street POBox 9565 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Mr. Randall: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Revenue (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Mr. Dreslinski requested records related to a certain matter. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Department had provided a response dated October 27, 2017. Since this appeal was opened based upon the Department's nonresponse to a request for public records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
