Morgan appealing the response of the Town of Ashland (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Morgan requested records related to the Liaison Committee. Subsequent to the intervention by a member ofthe Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town provided a response dated November 6, 2017. Since this appeal was opened based upon the Town's response to a request for public records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
