In her petition, Ms. Carito states "I have heard nothing from MassDOT in response to my request." Please note, a records access officer shall at reasonable times and without unreasonable delay permit inspection or furnish a copy of any public record, not later than 10 business days following the receipt of the request. G.L. c. 66, § lO(a). Accordingly, the Department is hereby ordered to provide Ms. Carito with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
