Howey appealing the nonresponse of the Attleboro Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, S. Howeyrequested "all Computer Aided Dispatch Transcripts (CADs), Calls For Service Reports, all incident reports, all police reports, all audio files for 911 calls, all log book entries, all documents and all 911 documents" pertaining to an apartment. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department will provide S. Howey a response vvithin ten business days. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. S. Howey may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
