G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ingram requested wage and benefit levels and wage rates for work performed by inmates at identified correctional institutions. The Department provided documents to Mr. Ingram at no cost to him; however, Mr. Ingram believes more responsive documents exist. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that all responsive documents were indeed provided.
