The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Connnonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 7, 2017 SPR17/1552 Kate Silvia Director of Public Records Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA O1 7 57 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Larry Ingram appealing the response of the Department of Conection (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ingram requested wage and benefit levels and wage rates for work performed by inmates at identified correctional institutions. The Department provided documents to Mr. Ingram at no cost to him; however, Mr. Ingram believes more responsive documents exist. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that all responsive documents were indeed provided. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Ingram may appeal the substantive nature of the Depmtment's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
