G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sweet requested records regarding an identified motor vehicle accident. The Department responded stating the Department did not possess any responsive records. Mr. Sweet appealed believing responsive records exist. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified the Department reiterates its position that it possesses no responsive records.
