MA 02056 Dear Ms. Jolicoeur: I have received the petition of Derrick Daniels appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction - MCI Norfolk (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 5 66, 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Daniels requested a certain incident repoi-t. Having received no response, Mr. Daniels petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 13,2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
