Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3 510 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Harry Mattison appealing the response of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mattison requested "All emails, computer-aided design (CAD) files and other documents related to the I-90 Allston Interchange Improvement Project (Project File No.606475) from May 1, 2017 to October 1, 2017." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department will provide Mr. Mattison .a response within ten business days. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mattison may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
