Kelly Department of State Police 4 70 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Kelly: I have received the petition of Arthur G. Grenier appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested internal affairs/lawsuit information regarding a particular individual. Having received no response, Mr. Grenier petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 9, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
