Trainor appealing the nonresponse of the Lynnfield Fire Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Trainor requested all records relative to the storage of hazardous waste at a listed location. Having received no response, Mr. Trainor petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided without delay. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that a response will be provided by the Department.
