G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Higgins requested a series of records pertaining to a certain address. Having received no response, Mr. Higgins petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 7, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Higgins may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
