The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords November 15, 2017 SPR17/1585 Supt. Peter Dillon Berkshire Hills Regional School District 50 Main Street Stockbridge, MA O1 262 Dear Supt. Dillon: I have received the petition of James J. Mercer appealing the nomesponse of Berkshire Hills Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mercer requested copies of several forms of agreements between the District and its employees. Having received no response, Mr. Mercer petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided without delay. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the District's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that a response will be provided by the District. Mr. Mercer may appeal the substantive nature of the District's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: James J.
