G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Carito requested the "Barletta monthly Narrative for the period of January 2015 thru October 2015." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that MassDOT responded to Ms. Carita's appeal with a response sent via email on November 14, 2017 with the purpose of addressing her concerns. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Carito may appeal the substantive nature of MassDOT's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
