The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords November 14, 2017 SPR17/1597 Christopher Fallon Department of Correction 2 Clark St Norfolk, MA 02056 Dear Mr. Fallon: I have received the petition of William Duclos appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Duclos requested particular information regarding the design of a water filtration system. Having received no response, Mr. Duclos petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided without delay. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that a response will be provided by the Department. Mr. Duclos may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
