Murray Supervisor ofR ecords Noveplber 20, 2017 SPR17/1603 Carol Cavanaugh, PhD Hopkinton Public Schools 89 Hayden Rowe Street Hopkinton, MA 01748 Dear Dr. Cavanaugh: I have received the petition of Frank Sivo appealing the response of the Hopkinton Public Schools (School} to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sivo requested various categories ofrecords concerning the metrics for graduating students. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School provided Mr. Sivo a response dated November 15, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sivo may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
