G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Sivo requested "the public record used to produce this slide [figure 1] and support the conclusive statements made by [Carol Cavanaugh]." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School provided Mr. Sivo a response dated November 15, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sivo may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
