Box 807 ' Middleton, MA 01949-2807 Dear Mr. Sullivan: I have received the petition of Steven Waylein appealing the response of the Essex County Correctional Facility (Facility) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Waylein requested a copy of a six part folder. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Facility will provide Mr. Waylein a response within ten business days. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Waylein may appeal the substantive nature of the Facility's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
