G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Mr. Higgins requested specific copies of open meeting law complaints drafted by Lauren Walsh. Having received no response, Mr. Higgins petitioned this office. Mr. Higgins has informed this office that he wishes to withdraw his administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this public records appeal closed.
