DiDonna, Esq. 4 East Central Street #173 Worcester, MA 01613 Dear. Attorney DiDonna: I have received the petition of John Tully appealing the response of the Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Tully requested records regarding a certain change to the School’s website. The School provided documents, however, Mr. Tully believed there to be additional documents and appealed to this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a supplemental response was provided, dated November 20, 2017. The School reiterated that all responsive records had been provided and no further responsive records exist. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Tully may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
