City Clerk City of Springfield 3 6 Court Street Springfield, MA O1 103 Dear Attorney Wilson: I have received the petition of Russell Seelig appealing the response of the City of Springfield (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Seelig requested documents for various pieces of infrastructure. The City responded, however, Mr. Seelig appealed stating a specific document was omitted. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a further response was provided, dated December 4, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Seelig may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
