In a conversation with a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that requests made via email, or made in person or by fax, are processed if the requester chooses not to use the system. 950 C.M.R. 32.06(c). In addition, the Authority issued a response to Mr. Mcisaac's request, dated November 29, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
