Silvia Records Access Officer Department of Correction 50 Maple Street Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Kevin Norris appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Correction (DOC) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Norris requested six (6) categories ofrecords pertaining to specifically identified incident reports and emails. Having received no response, Mr. Norris petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated December 4, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the DOC's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Norris may appeal the substantive nature of the DOC's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
