The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 12, 2017 SPR17/1648 Brendan Kennedy Middlesex Jail and House of Correction 400 Mystic Ave Medford, MA 02155 Dear Mr. Kennedy: I have received the petition of Christopher Koziol appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex Jail and House of Correction (Jail) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Koziol requested particular copies ofinmate listings. Having received no response, Mr. Koziol petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response will be provided by the Jail. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Jail's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Koziol may appeal the substantive nature of the Jail's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
