Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 08, 2017 SPR17/1665 Carol Ann Cavanaugh, PhD Assistant Superintendent Town of Hopkinton Public Schools 89 Hayden Rowe Street Hopkinton, MA O1 7 48 Dear Dr. Cavanaugh: I have received the petition of Frank Sivo appealing the response of the Hopkinton Public Schools (Schools) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sivo requested documents concerning the investigations and communications of three individuals. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Schools provided Mr. Sivo aresponse dated December 07, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sivo may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
