The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 13, 2017 SPR17/1666 William Doyle, Esq. Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3510 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Harry Mattison appealing the non-response of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mattison requested "all emails, computer-aided design (CAD) files and other documents related to the I-90 Allston Interchange Improvement Project (Project File No.606475) from May 1, 2017 to October 1, 2017." This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPRl 7/ 1565 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 7, 2017). Having not received a response to this order, Mr. Mattison appealed. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Mattison a response to the order dated December 8, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Unsatisfied with the Department's December 8th response, Mr. Mattison petitioned this office and SPRl 7/1712 was opened as a result. This office will issue a determination within ten business days of receipt of this appeal. Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
