Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 21, 2017 SPR17/1706 Theodore Tetreault Building Inspector Town of Webster 350 Main Street Webster, MA 01570 Dear Mr. Tetreault: I have received the petition of John Dalton appealing the response of the Town of Webster Building Inspector (Inspector) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Dalton requested the "[b] uilding permit for 39 Loveland Road" and "codes for property line set-back limits for structures and residential areas" regarding the same referenced address. Having not received a response, Mr. Dalton petitioned this office. Subsequent to intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I learned that the Inspector contacted Mr. Dalton via email on acknowledging his request and indicating there are no records responsive to his request. Whereas the Inspector indicated that a further response will be provided, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Inspector provides said response to Mr. Dalton. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
