General Counsel, Records Access Officer Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development One Ashburton Place, 2 1 Floor St Boston, MA 02 1 14 Dear Attorney Frazier: I have received the petition of Allison Jarmanning of WBUR appealing the response of the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (EOHED) to her request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 4 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Jarmanning requested records concerning correspondence, as well as various other records pertaining to Amazon Inc. Claiming to not yet have received any responsive records, Ms. Jarmanning petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the EOHED intends on providing Ms. Jarmanning with a response to her appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the EOHED provide Ms. Jarmanning with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@,sec.state.ma.us.M s. Jarmanning may appeal the substantive nature of the EOHED's response within ninety days.
