G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ben-Amots requested copies of written communications from two specifically identified individuals, as well as the Economic Development Office concerning the bid for Amazon Inc. 's headquarters. Claiming to not yet have received any responsive records, Mr. Ben Amots petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the City of Boston intends on providing Mr. Ben-Amots with a response. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the City provide Mr. Ben-Amots with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at ~c.state.ma.us. Mr. Ben-Amots may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days.
