G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Marenburg requested records regarding two identified Authority projects. Having received no response, Mr. Marenburg petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided to Mr. Marenburg. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Authority's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
