The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 2, 2017 SPR17/1776 Doug Willardson Town Administrator Town of Webster 350 Main Street Webster, MA 01570 Dear Mr. Willardson: I have received the petition of Dr. Cathleen Godzik, MD appealing the response of the Town of Webster (Town) to her request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Dr. Godzik requested the tax records from several identified individuals, as well as access to records believed to be housed in the Town Assessor's Office. Unsatisfied with the Town's response, which she feels is missing an "Assessor's Abstract" for a specifically identified property, Dr. Godzik petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town intends on providing Dr. Godzik with a supplemental response aimed at addressing her concern. Accordingly, the Town is hereby ordered to provide Dr. Godzik with a response within ten business days. Said response shall be made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma. us. Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Dr. Cathleen A.
