G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Levesque requested a specific posting of a job description. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Levesque petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office responded to Ms. Levesque's request with a response sent on January 16, 2018. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office failure to provide the requested records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
