G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Frustaci requested various records regarding the photography commissions from vendors for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, and the disbursements of these funds, dating back to 2015. The School provided some records, however, Ms. Frustaci petitioned this office seeking to obtain the balance of the requested records. After this appeal was opened, the Public Records Division was notified via email on January 19, 2018 that Ms. Frustaci was provided with the balance of the responsive records on January li11 • It is my understanding that Dr. Eric Conti, the Superintendent of the Burlington Public Schools, hand-delivered the packet of records to Ms. Frustaci's residence.
