G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Boundy requested records of the number of incident reports concerning School students that have been forwarded or otherwise provided to an identified center during the past three years. Having received no response, Ms. Boundy petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 23, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
