Murray Supervisor af Records February 6, 2018 SPR18/105 ‘Sean Fitzgerald Town Administrator ‘Town of Swampscott 22 Monument Avenue Swampscott, MA 01907 Dear Mr. Fitzgerald: I have received the petition of Thomas Palleria appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Swampscott (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.MLR. 32,08(1). Specifically, Mr. Palleria requested copies of the title research for the rail trail corridor, Having received no response, Mr. Palleria petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 6, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town’s failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Palleria may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’ s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. a.
